Birding Platform
For the serious bird enthusiast – this birding platform features custom “Optics Shelves” that are welded to the stainless steel railing system.
The balcony is made with a custom fabricated, powder coated steel frame. The decking is reclaimed redwood salvaged from an old rooftop water tank.
Outdoor Living Room
This all-inclusive space features a built-in entertainment alcove, privacy screens, custom dining table, and kitchen area with grill and honed granite countertops.
Take a step down to the new exposed aggregate concrete patio and sit by the fire pit and do a little star-gazing.
Poolside Cabana
With a home situated right on the golf course, there was no place to escape the sun and wind. Spring Creek Design designed this cabana to provide a comfortable, shaded lounge area. Laser-cut aluminum panels feature the work of local artist Chris Borai.
California Mission Patio
Inspired by the clients’ visits to California wine country, Spring Creek Design created this oversized wood burning fireplace for this homeowner. Hand painted Mexican tile and river stone accents over the arched firebox complete the Spanish-Revival design.
