These clients wanted a modern “outdoor house” they could actually live in all summer. So, we created a new, private living area around their existing pool. We installed an outdoor fireplace that warms both the living and dining rooms. We added a pool house with a bathroom and a kitchenette. Then an outdoor bedroom and shower. New decking, landscaping, and privacy walls tie it all together.

Sunsational Porch & Patio in Downingtown, PA

A dated, worn-out deck motivated these clients to ask us to help them rethink their outdoor space.
We added a covered porch with skylights and a mahogany ceiling. Asymmetrical columns support the structure and add drama. Then we created a welcoming flagstone patio with stone walls and a beautiful firepit.

Mission-Style Outdoor Living in E. Fallowfield, PA

This California Mission-style patio was inspired by the client’s wine country vacations.
It features an outdoor kitchen and wood burning fireplace. Hand-painted Mexican tile and plaster finishes
complement an exposed-aggregate patio surface, studded with blue, green, and red tumbled glass pebbles.

These returning clients wanted to dramatically open their home to outdoor living,
so we worked together to design a screened porch that opens to an expansive deck.
The beautiful ipe wood practically glows, and the new pavers and gardens add a relaxed elegance.

These loyal clients wanted an outdoor area where they could cook, eat, relax and even watch TV with their family and neighbors. We designed a fiber cement alcove for the TV, flanked by tigerwood privacy walls with LED lights and floating granite shelves. Pendant lights over the custom dining table set the right mood. An exposed aggregate concrete patio and a fire pit complete the scene.
