Interior Renovations

There’s a new home hiding inside your house. Maybe it has the kitchen you’ve always wanted, or the home office you need now more than ever. Let’s work together on a renovation plan that lets you live more fully in the home you love!

Modern Farmhouse in West Chester, PA

These clients called us the day they bought a dark, 80s contemporary with a walled-off kitchen. We worked together to create a plan that opened the entire living space to the gorgeous views outside. We eliminated a central stairway and added Douglas fir beams to support the roof. A red central island is the beating heart of the space, and sets off the neutral maple floors and stone fireplace.

Expansive, Airy Remodel in Wynnewood, PA

This first-floor makeover gave our clients more room in the kitchen for serious cooking, entertaining, and homework with the kids. The kitchen opens to the remodeled family room, a relaxed, elegant hang-out spot flooded with light from new French doors and windows. A new home office and family-entrance mudroom put previously neglected space to good use.

Elegant, Full-Floor Remodel in Lititz, PA

These clients needed to brighten up – and open up– their home. The kitchen sets the tone for the whole-floor project, with Carrara marble backsplashes and matte-white appliances. A beverage center is part of the core area around which the refurbished living, dining and play rooms are arranged. New flooring ties the new spaces together, as do wide room openings and plenty of windows.

Artful Renovation in West Chester, PA

Kim and John had a dramatic new vision for their traditional home. John – an architect – chose us to build his design which reimagined the entryway as a two-story showcase for their art collection. The couple also added a unique bay window and new flooring to transform their living room into a contemporary oasis.

Rustic Renovation Revives Ranch in Downingtown, PA

Our empty-nest clients wanted to remodel their dated ranch home. So, the kitchen and dining room swapped places on the floor plan, and we added a slider to access the new patio. We opened both spaces to the refurbished living room, allowing the once-hidden basement stairs to become a focal point. An expanded master suite with a new walk-in closet completed the project.
