to NARI’s Contractor of the Year, Spring Creek Design is a top industry performer, year after year.
Remodeling Magazine’s
Big50 Award
Every year, Remodeling Magazine recognizes 50 remodeling companies in the U.S. and Canada that raise the bar for professionalism and integrity through exemplary business practices, craftsmanship, and impact in their communities or the remodeling industry. Big50 remodelers run successful companies that have taken the lead in raising industry standards.
“To get a sense of how unique this status is, consider there are roughly 98,000 remodeling firms in America with paid staff,” says Craig Webb, Remodeling’s editor in chief. “Since 1986, we have selected only about 1,600 firms. That’s just 1.6% of all the remodeling businesses in the country today.”

The National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI)
NARI’s Contractor of the Year (CotY) Awards are the premier awards for the remodeling industry. The National award, which is given out once a year, year recognizes excellence in remodeling as demonstrated in forty-eight different categories.
Spring Creek Design is proud to have been awarded a NATIONAL Contractor of the Year Award, as well as three Northeast Regional Awards and seven DelChester Awards.
The Fred Case Remodeling
Entrepreneur of the Year Award
The Fred Case Remodeling Entrepreneur of the Year Award is among the most coveted accolades in the remodeling business. The award is modeled after the achievements of Fred Case, a Maryland-based remodeler who is credited with pioneering the design/build concept in the 1970’s.
Each year the award recognizes those who exemplify innovation in new business processes; unique building processes or use of materials; streamlined systems; relevant training programs; and creative use of technology.
Four finalists receive the award each year, and Spring Creek Design was among the finalists in 2022. “The Case Award is a really big deal,” says Pete. “It comes from the originator in our field, and it recognizes business acumen, innovation, and the contributions of our entire team. We couldn’t be more proud!”
