Pete Cooper

CEO / Principal

Pete founded Spring Creek Design in 2001 with the goal of bringing thoughtful, creative design together with high-quality construction.

Working alone at first, Pete has since built a thriving business, despite difficult times, thanks to a fan base of loyal clients and a talented team of design and construction pros.

Drawing inspiration from the likes of past visionaries Wright, Eames, Eichler & Frey, as well as current practitioners like Susanka, Hix, Chapin and La Vardera, Pete believes in the power of great design to positively influence our lives.

Sandy Cooper

Operations Manager / Principal

Sandy joined Spring Creek Design in 2006 and also oversees all Production and Operations activities for the company.

She is a talented manager of people and projects, with a corporate background at the Erie Insurance Company. Sandy has a keen eye for style and design.

Rich Ball

Project Manager

Rich is a master electrician who joined SCD as a Project Manager. Rich supervises our construction projects in the field. Rich hails from Upper Darby and is married with one son. He can be found out on the water fishing in his spare time.

Oliver Tsay, R.A.

Consulting Architect

Oliver and Pete first worked together in 2004, and have enjoyed a fruitful collaboration ever since. Together, they have designed dozens of successful projects.

An astute listener, Oliver has a knack for quickly getting to the heart of the matter and designing creative solutions to fit the client’s needs.

Oliver holds both Bachelor of Arts in Architecture and Bachelor of Architecture degrees from the Pennsylvania State University’s prestigious Department of Architecture. He has worked for the well-known firm of R.A. Hoffman Architects in Paoli since 1996.

Kyra Miller

Project Designer

Kyra has the mind of a project manager and the soul of an artist. She handles design and selections and guides our clients through the “icing” process.

She brings years of interior design and project management experience, along with CAD and drafting skills, to our projects.

Nadine Garrow

Office Manager

Nadine is a tenacious, capable person with a demonstrated ability to stick with a job for the long haul.

She has no problem grabbing the bull by the horns. With her attention to detail and can-do attitude, she provides essential support to the rest of the team.
