Project Manager

Responsibilities

  • Manage subcontractors and construction staff
  • Oversee the organization and implementation of the project
  • Participate in development of construction concepts
  • Plan and coordinate construction and maintenance
  • Estimating and Bidding
  • Ensure quality standards are met
  • Ensure client satisfaction is maintained

Education (one of the following)

Associate’s Degree, construction technology or related field

Bachelor’s Degree, architecture or related field

Bachelor’s Degree, construction management or related field

Qualifications

  • Experience in construction and construction supervising
  • OSHA 30 Certification (preferred)
  • EPA RRP Certification (preferred)

Project Designer

Responsibilities

  • Advise on selection of fixtures, finishes and other features
  • Consult with clients in-office, in-home and on escorted shopping trips
  • Determine needs, preferences and other requirements
  • Develop detailed plans and models
  • Prepare plans and specifications for the final designs
  • Estimate costs and materials requires
  • Secure subcontractors’ bids for work required

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree, interior design
  • Bachelor’s Degree, architecture

Qualifications

  • Portfolio of past work
  • Registered with the interior design association
  • National Council for Interior Design Qualification

Lead Carpenter

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain top-notch client relationships
  • Maintain clean, safe and orderly job sites
  • Perform general carpentry and construction tasks
  • Perform on-site project management tasks when needed, including organizing materials and supervising the activities of subcontractors
  • Provide end-to-end execution of the company’s small projects (bath, basement, patio, etc)
  • Participate as a key team member on the company’s large projects (whole house or major remodels, custom homes)
  • Coordinate field operations with other team members, including the Project Manager, Architect and Designer
  • Provide inspection and quality control functions on your job sites
  • Coordinate and perform warranty service and punch-out tasks
  • Includes Company Vehicle, Computer, Phone stipend
  • Must provide your own small tools

Education

High School Diploma (or equivalent)

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the trade
  • Trade certification, RRP certification (a plus)
  • OSHA 10 or 30 (a plus)

Skills

  • Thorough understanding of all systems, trades and methods commonly employed in residential construction
  • Strong carpentry skills, including framing and finish carpentry
  • Excellent computer skills, including familiarity with web browsing, electronic calendars, spreadsheets and documents.
  • Must have ability to learn and adapt to new systems of automation
  • Strong interpersonal skills
